The legislation, the D.C. South Capitol Street Tragedy Memorial Act of 2012, has provisions that affect D.C. schools, the D.C. Department of Mental Health (DMH), the D.C. Department of Health Care Financing (DHCF), the D.C. Child and Family Services Agency (CFSA), and the D.C. Department of Youth Rehabilitation Services (DYRS).
