Virginia 2008-2010 Budget

March 2008 These biennial budget changes include funding to expand the waiver services for people with mental retardation or developmental disabilities. On pages 114 to 130, changes relevant to Medicaid waivers are discussed. They include a 3.6% reimbursement rate increase for group homes.
