Virginia House Bill 503 Comprehensive Services Act

March 3, 2008 This Virginia General Assembly bill requires the state executive council to develop a program of case management for residential care to include a provision for residential care plans. It also requires localities to implement such a plan, including goals for residential care treatment, a provision for monitoring and review of plans, evaluation of progress toward identified goals, and a plan for returning the youth to his or her home or community at the earliest appropriate time.
