The reports are due either monthly, quarterly, or annually. Monthly reports include pharmacy trends and top ten requests, member requests for information, provider hotline activity. For the special needs population, monthly reports about the demographics, interventions, those with a specialist serving as a primary care provider, training, education, and outreach provided. Quarterly reports include appeals, complaints, and grievances, provider counts by county. Fraud and abuse activity must be reported quarterly.
