Illinois DCFS RFP 22030439 For Children’s SSI Application Project
Through the Children’s SSI Application Project, the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) seeks SSI benefits for children in foster care. The contractor screens all current and new cases to provide documentation and evidence to support ongoing SSI applications, as well as pursuing reconsideration of denials and administrative appeals. The screening aspect will focus first on children not eligible for Title IV-E foster care support payments and on youth aging out of foster care.
