North Carolina Department of Correction RFP for Statewide Inmate Medical Management Services

March 31, 2010 On March 31, 2010, the North Carolina Department of Correction released a request for proposals (RFP #201000397) seeking statewide inmate medical management services for a three-year term with two additional one-year renewal periods. The RFP clearly specifies that the cost proposals must have a firm, fixed price that includes all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, technology, general and administrative overhead, and profit.
