April 2005 Aging and Disability Resource Center Grant Initiative The Administration on Aging (AoA) and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), announced at www.grants.gov/FIND on April 29, 2005 that they will jointly hold a competition for grants to be awarded as cooperative agreements for projects that support the development of state Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) programs.
