Statewide Recidivism Report For Individuals Released From The California Department Of Corrections & Rehabilitation In Fiscal Year 2019-20

On April 1, 2025, the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) published this statewide recidivism report for individuals released from the CDCR in fiscal year 2019 to 2020. This year’s report presents recidivism rates for the 34,215 individuals released from CDCR’s adult institutions between July 1, 2019, and June 30, 2020.
