On April 2, 2012, the Alcohol, Drug Addiction, and Mental Health Services (ADAMHS) Board of Cuyahoga County, Ohio adopted Resolution number 12-04-01 regarding the pending closure of Bridgeway Inc., a community mental health provider organization. Bridgeway had notified the board of a pending bankruptcy citing a $2.1 million debt, and had requested short-term funding to transition its clients to other provider organizations. The board rejected Bridgeway's request.
