Wisconsin DHS RFP S-0295 DLTC-14 Seeking Managed Care Organization Services For Family Care & Family Care Partnership Programs

On April 4, 2014, the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) released the procurement seeking managed care organizations to provide managed long-term services and supports for Wisconsin's Family Care and Family Care Partnership programs in selected service areas. Family Care and Family Care Partnership are health and long-term care programs for low-income frail elders and adults with developmental or physical disabilities who have long-term care needs. Proposals are due May 16, 2014. The contracts are slated to start in early 2015 . . .
