43.6% of executives plan to leave their current organization in the next five years

Majority of executives leaving organization in the next five years are retiring

48.6% of CEOs plan to leave their organization in the next five years - 32.7% plan to retire

$100,000 is the midpoint for base compensation

Third of execs believe they can't be replaced for what they are currently being paid . . .
