Florida DCF RFQ For Consultation on Converting Method of Payment and Administrative Cost Definitions for Substance Abuse and Mental Health

The Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) sought a consultant to help it revise how it pays for certain Substance Abuse and Mental Health (SAMH) services. DCF is planning convert SAMH services currently reimbursed on an availability basis to a utilization-based method of payment and establishing a uniform approach to defining and calculating allowable administrative costs for all publicly-funded SAMH services.
