Mayview Regional Service Area Plan (MRSAP) Revised Planning Document

July 25, 2007 Stakeholders in five southwestern Pennsylvania counties Beaver, Greene, Lawrence, Washington and Allegheny as the Mayview Regional Service Area Plan (MRSAP) committee are developing a regional system to support recovery and community integration for people returning home from or at risk of entering hospitalization at Mayview State Hospital. The five counties submitted a plan to the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare (DPW) in 2003, but DPW said the plan needed more specifics and more evidence of regional planning.
