Oregon Value-Based Payment Compact
The document was released on April 8, 2021, by the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) with the Oregon Health Leadership Council (OHLC). The organizations are collaborating with commercial health insurers and health systems to launch a voluntary compact to advance value-based payment (VBP).
