The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has finalized new rules to help health care providers coordinate care for Medicare patients through Accountable Care Organizations (ACOS). The new programs called the Medicare Shared Savings Program started on April 1, 2012. Contact information has been gather for all the ACOs participating.
