Report On Progress From The City Of Philadelphia Community Oversight Board For The Department Of Human Services

This April 2014 report was submitted to Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter in April 2014 by The City of Philadelphia Community Oversight Board (COB). The COB is charged with assessing the city’s compliance with recommendations developed by the city’s Child Welfare Review Panel (CWRP) to improve child welfare services.
