In his weekly update issue of April 13, 2012, Commissioner Patrick Flood of the Vermont Department of Mental Health described the various steps being taken to reform the state's mental health system. A small work group has been formed with the aim to work on the new state hospital. The Vermont Department of Mental Health has concluded the re-designation of agencies across to work on community health centers across the state.
