Louisiana Senate Bill 553: Provides for a Common Reimbursement Methodology for Community Mental Health Centers & Community Mental Health Clinics

March 31, 2008 As a part of Louisiana Governor Jindal's promotion of mental health services, Senate Bill 553 was introduced to the Legislature and would require the Department of Health and Hospitals to establish a uniform reimbursement method for community mental health centers and mental health clinics to ensure that they are paid an adequate equal rate.
