Milwaukee Health Services, Inc., Claimed Unallowable Costs Under Health Resources & Services Administration Grants

The audit was conducted by the federal Office of the Inspector General (OIG) for the Department of Health and Human Services. The OIG reviewed records kept by Milwaukee Health Services, Inc., (MHSI) a federally qualified health center, for its use of Recovery Act grant funds. The goal was to determine if the funds were used for allowable costs.
