April 4, 2007 California Seeks Secure Residential Placements for Female Youthful Offenders The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, Division of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking an organization to develop and implement secure residential placement and treatment services for girls and young women committed to DJJ. Bidders workshops will be held on April 18 and April 20, 2007, to provide further information about DJJ and the girls and young women committed to DJJ.
