Case Management Order Regarding K.W., et al., v. Armstrong, et al.

The K.W., et al., v. Armstrong, et al. , lawsuit was filed January 18, 2012 by Richard Alan Eppink of Idaho Legal Aid Services, Inc. on behalf of 12 individuals. The court handling the K.W. lawsuit filed a case management order that sets deadlines for the complaint. The K.W. complaint has been consolidated with a similar complaint, Shultz v. Armstrong. The attorneys must complete all discovery by January 17, 2014.
