Maine Public Law 639: An Act To Codify MaineCare Rate System Reform

On April 20, 2022, the state of Maine published this Public Law 639 regarding codification of MaineCare's Rate System reform. In the law, the Office of MaineCare Services implemented reformed payment for Federally Qualified Health Centers effective March 1, and will implement an array of cost-of-living adjustments effective July 1. These changes are partly funded by the FY24-25 current services budget . . .
