Maine H.P. 1377 – L.D. 1867 Of 2022: An Act To Codify MaineCare Rate System Reform

On April 2, 2022, the Maine House of representatives publised this Plan (HP) 1377 which is the same as Legislative Document (LD) 1867, an act to codify MaineCare Rate System reform. This act includes an increase in behavioral health investments to $237 million in federal and state funds to continue MaineCare and related payment improvements as well as make critical investments in the children’s behavioral health system and opioid response . . .
