March 29, 2007 NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene Coordinated Family Support Network Concept Paper The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH) plans to end all existing Family Support Services contracts in favor of five borough-based Family Resource Centers (FRC) and one Family Support Liaison Center (FSLC). The FSLC will promote and coordinate family-driven services, provide training for the FRCs.
