On April 24, 2023, the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut published this Johnson Airforce settlement in the case of Johnson v. Kendall. In the settlement, the Department of the Air Force (DAF) has agreed to review the discharges of thousands of veterans affected by post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), or other mental health conditions, or who experienced sexual assault or sexual harassment.
