Oklahoma House Bill 1078 Of 2015, An Act Modifying & Updating Sections In The Oklahoma Children’s Code
On April 27, 2015, Oklahoma Governor Mary Fallin signed legislation, House Bill (HB) 1078, to reform aspects of the state’s foster care system. The key aspects focus on helping children in foster care participate in age-appropriate activities and allowing older youth greater participation in permanency and transition planning.
