ARHOME Section 1115 Demonstration Project Application

On April 30, 2026, the Governor of Arkansas, Sarah Huckabee Sanders, published this Medicaid Section 1115 Demonstration Project "Arkansas Health and Opportunity for Me" (ARHOME Waiver) application. The renewal includes "several important changes to help (Arkansas residents) achieve economic independence, better serve pregnant women and new mothers, and bolster the fiscal sustainability of this program, which currently serves over 200,000 individuals . . .
