Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, DHS 2013-2014 Draft Human Service Block Grant Plan

The Allegheny County Department of Human Services released a review draft of the proposed 2013-2014 block grant plan on May 28, 2013. The final plan is due to the state on June 14, 2013. The plan will work toward expanding homeless services, supporting community based mental health and support groups, and creating individual care grants, among other objectives.
