The Central Oregon Health Council, which provides governance for PacificSource Community Solutions, the regions Care Coordination Organization (CCO), formally agreed to replicate the Sustaining Healthcare Across integrated Primary care Efforts (SHAPE) program, a global payment initiative developed by the Colorado Beacon Consortium to support integrated behavioral health in primary care setting. St. Charles Health System in Bend, Oregon is partnering with the University of Colorado Denver School of Medicine on the SHAPE replication initiative.
