The class action lawsuit names Governor Jim Doyle, and those leading the Wisconsin Department of Corrections as defendants. The plaintiffs allege that the medical, mental health, and dental care provided to prisoners at TCI is grossly deficient and therefore causes physical and mental suffering, which constitutes cruel and unusual punishment.
