Kansas Senate Substitute For House Bill 2208 Of 2021
On May 3, 2021, the Kansas Senate published this Substitute for House Bill 2208 of 2021, to establish the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) as a new model for providing behavioral health services. The bill requires the Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) to establish a prospective payment system (PPS) under the Kansas Medical Assistance Program to fund CCBHCs on or before May 1, 2022.
