Cowley County, Kansas Resolution to Form New Community Developmental Disability Organization

May 4, 2010 The Commissioners of Cowley County, Kansas have decided to establish and contract with a new community developmental disability organization (CDDO) that will replace Cowley County Developmental Services, Inc. The new CDDO will be governed by a seven-member advisory board and will operate as a separate county department.
