Arkansas DHS 2011 Contract With C-H Mack For An Electronic Assessment Tool For Individuals With Developmental Disabilities

This document is a copy of a May 2011 contract between the Arkansas Department of Human Services and C-H Mack, in which the state sought a  tool to  move developmental disability assessments to a computerized service administered by nurses and other professionals. C-H Mack was supposed to provide an electronic tool to evaluate developmental disability clients for $2.14 million by 2012. However, the company did not ultimately deliver the software . . .
