Hawaii House Bill 1075 To Allow The Hawaii Health Systems Corporation & The Maui Regional System Facilities To Enter A Public Private Partnership With A Non-Profit Management Entity

On May 4, 2015, the Hawaii legislature passed a bill that will allow the Hawaii Health Systems Corporation, and Board of the Maui Regional System Board to privatize one or more of the facilities of the Maui Regional System by contracting with a private non-profit management entity located in Hawaii or other states.
