Dear Colleague Letter

On May 4, 2026, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the Administration for Children & Families (ACF), the Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA), and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) published this "Dear Colleague" letter.
