Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, Human Service Block Grant Plan Presentation

May 6, 2013
The Allegheny County Department of Human Services (DHS) held a hearing for its 2013-2014 block grant plan at two public meetings on May 6 and May 15. The plan is due to the state on June 14, 2013. The block grant will work toward examining homeless services, supporting community-based mental health and support groups, and creating individual care grants, among other objectives.
