February 2007 Georgia SR 363: A Resolution Creating the Mental Health Service Delivery Commission This legislation seeks to create a mental health service delivery commission to serve as an advocacy system for children and adults who receive mental health services. If signed into law, the commission will oversee the development of greater community-based service capacity for people with developmental disabilities or mental illness.
