In this report released May 7, 2014, the federal Office of the Inspector General (OIG) for the Department of Health and Human Services presented the results of a review to determine whether New York claimed Medicaid reimbursement for unallowable room-and-board costs for residential habiliation services provided at state-operated facilities.
