May 8, 2006 Third Party Claims Administration Services for the Montana Children's Health Insurance Plan Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) issued a request for proposals to hire a third-party administrator for the Children's Health Insurance Plan (CHIP) that provides coverage to about 12,500 children. The third-party administrator will develop and maintain a network of health-care providers and provide claims processing and customer services.
