Massachusetts EOHHS Chapter 257 Implementation Progress: Human Services Schedule B: Rate Review Schedule

On July 1, 2015, the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) will raise human service contract reimbursement rates from 1% to 3.75%, with the lower rate for services where the rate had been developed within the past two years, but not reviewed timely. The higher rate is for services for which the rate had not been developed or reviewed. EOHHS is increasing reimbursement rates and developing and reviewing rates in compliance with January 2015 court order to fully implement a 2008 law related to rate development and review.
