American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009 – Strengthening Communities Fund – Nonprofit Capacity Building Program

May 11, 2009 Non-profit organizations will be eligible for one-time, two-year awards of up to $1 million to lead organizations that will use the funds to support other faith-based or secular non-profit organizations.
