Stipulated Settlement Agreement In Whorley v. Northam

On May 12, 2020, the Virginia Attorney General’s office, the American Civil Liberties Union, and a Charlottesville attorney reached a settlement agreement requiring the Virginia Department of Corrections (DOC) to review the case for early release for eligible inmates and amend or clarify its existing Inmate Early Release Plan to align with updated agreement.
