Washington Health Care Authority RFP 15-002 Seeking Apple Health Medicaid Managed Care Services For Children In Foster Care

On May 7, 2015, Washington State Health Care Authority (HCA) released this request for proposals (RFP 15-002) seeking bids from its current Medicaid managed care organizations (MCOs) to develop and implement Apple Health Foster Care, a new managed care program for up to 35,000  children and youth in foster care and adoption support placements, and for foster care alumni up to age 26 who aged out of foster care.
