Hawaii Statewide Homeless Point-In-Time Count 2013 Methodology & Results

The Hawaii Department of Human Services, Homeless Program Office’s Statewide Homeless Point-in-Time (PIT) Count 2013 Methodology and Results contains an accurate estimate of the state’s homeless population. PIT teams were composed of outreach workers from service agencies that regularly perform outreach to unsheltered individuals and families experiencing homelessness. The count was conducted from January 22-29, 2013.
