This document released in May 2015 is a summary of the Arkansas Department of Human Services (DHS) efforts to launch an electronic system to automate and support universal assessments, care planning, and collaborative case management for individuals with disabilities. DHS has been working toward this launch since 2011; the new system was expected to launch in 2012, but due to technical problems that in 2014 led the state to change vendors, has not yet launched.
