In this report released in June 2015, researchers with the National Center for Health Statistics, of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention analyzed data from the 2011–2013 National Health Insurance Survey. The analysis included responses from parents about their children’s health status for 29,968 children between the ages of 4 and 17.
