This study by researchers with the National Center for Health Statistics of the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention was released in June 2015. The researchers analyzed data from the 2009-2013 National Health Interview Survey, which is conducted by the U.S. Census Bureau on the non-institutionalized civilian population.
