Connecticut Did Not Comply With Federal & State Requirements For Critical Incidents Involving Developmentally Disabled Medicaid Beneficiaries

On May 15, 2016, the federal Office of the Inspector General (OIG) for the Department of Health and Human Services issued these findings of its audit of Connecticut's procedures for reporting and monitoring critical incidents indicating potential abuse or neglect of group home residents with developmental disabilities.
