Michigan Department Of Education Contract With Questar To Develop Online Platform For MI-Access Michigan’s Alternate Assessment Program

May 16, 2008 During the 2013-14 school year, the Michigan Department of Education will pilot online special education functional assessments, with the goal of launching the online assessment platform statewide during the 2014-15 school year. The pilot is part of the stateÂ’s plan to move all student testing online, including the MI-Access Functional Independence, which is currently available only as a paper and pencil assessment.
