National Standards to Prevent, Detect, and Respond to Prison Rape, Final Rule

The U.S. Department of Justice has released a final rule on national standards to prevent, detect, and respond to prison rape. The final rule has been sent to the federal register for comments. The Department of Justice is asking for comments on the juvenile staffing ratios set in the final rule.
